• Rate your satisfaction with things about the restaurant and the food, like the speed of service, the temperature of your food, the taste of your food, and the overall value for the price you paid
• Choose the items you order and rate them
• Give your comment if you are not highly satisfied with your McDonald’s experience
• Get the validation code after completing the survey
