    We visited Zizi for the first time yesterday .. 14 Feb. We had been to the cinema and then decided to go to Zizis for some pasta. We had Tesco vouchers. It was 2.00pm in the afternoon. There were about three other couples in the place. We are OAPs in our 70s and on a budget. We had our meal (which we enjoyed) and the waitress was most pleasant. We got the bill and handed in the vouchers to which we were then told that they could not accept them because its VALENTINES DAY. I could understand it if it was evening and the place was full! We were not even celebrating Valentines Day …. it was just another day for us oldies.

    Me, my wife and my two kids was visiting your restaurant today at lunch time. We always enjoy our time at Zizzi Bromley. Staff is always really friendly and attentive. Today we were served by Malvina who offered us a two glasses of prosseco knowing it’s my wife’s birthday. We know Malvina for few years now and she’s always very cheering to our kids and makes as feel very, very welcome there. Only concerning fact about our’s visit was one of the chefs using swear words to her especially in front of our kids. It is unacceptable and we hope it won’t happen again!!!

    Visited Zizzi baker street and was impressed with speed of service and the friendliness of the stuff especially the guy behind the bar (Elvin). I’ve been in many Zizzi restaurants before but this time felt the need to write a review

    Visited your Cardiff resturant in St Davids centre Saturday 28th January
    I was very disappointed with my meal , the pasta used for the tortolini parcels was tough. Was like chewing cardboard and the portions were very small certainly not adequat for a main course, I would have Sent my meal back bu my granddaughter asked me not to complain as she would be embarrassed.
    I did tell the waitress when I paid the bill, my first time in Zizzi and the last, also no bread or iced water provided, these are are included in meal prices at most good restaurants, l spend a lot of holidays in Italy and zizzis has no right be called Italian

    My son and l went to Zizzi’s in the o2, Millenium Way, London. We had a lovely meal and Excellent Service from Terry.

    Lunched at Durham Zizzi’s at 12 o’clock (opening time)
    Had so much been looking forward to the Spiedini Pollo but was advised there were none left?? So there was no chicken left in the restaurant which had just opened and had a chef …… How can this be?
    Ended up having Pollo Prosciutto @ £13.25 which consisted of a small piece of chicken breast, 6 conker sized potatoes and 4 green beans. Could’nt help but be disaappointed and feel totally ripped off :-(

    We were clearly forgotten about, had to wait over an hour for our mains to come out. We therefore didn’t order desert and went somewhere else.

    My wife and I had lunch yesterday at Zizzi Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow. Our meal was excellent and the staff, particularly Przemek, were very friendly and efficient.

    We use a number of restaurants in Glasgow on a regular basis and will add Zizzi to our selection.
