    When the food finally arrived it was cold. Everything was bad. But to be fair one waitress was trying to take care of 40 to 50 people for breakfast. I will not be back to this location.

    I had the worst service provided at Lexington KY IHOP!! The waiter COCO was horrible, she served everyone else around us first after the was seated after us, my food was cold when I did get it, when asked to remake she had attitude!! When I watched from window them getting my food she took from counter to another area then gave to someone else to serve me?? Seems as if she done something to my food?? No thanks I don’t want it and I won’t be back!! My suggestion is go to BOB EVANS for breakfast or Cracker Barrel is so much with everything!!’

    Excellent costumer service, the food was hot and our server Sandra she was great.Everything was brought to us at perfect timing..

    I have been a regular i hop customer for over 30 years. My experience at the i hop in the palisades mall was once again disappointing. We had to wait ten min to be greeted. At which point i had to look for a hostess. While being seated we were placed next to a large party of 13 who was very loud. At which point we asked to be seated on the other side, and was told no because they were closing down one side of restaurant even though there were people currently eating on the other side. The manager than came over and stated (this is a family restaurant and we should expect noise) at which point he moved us appropriately 7ft from where the large crowd was. Further i informed the manager that the bathroom was soaked with water on the floor and nothing was done.

    I am very disappointed in IHOP, I came with a group of 18 people and I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour just to receive my food. I wouldn’t recommend the ihop at 4936 Centre Pointe Drive North Charleston

    Elizabeth was a server for my mother and I for take-out. She delivered very poor customer service. She acted as though she just didn’t want to be at work that day and had a nasty attitude. This is the second time Elizabeth has served my mother and I and we have experienced the same problem with her before.
    She makes it feel as though we are a burden to her by simply placing an order.
    Our food was served to us mixed up, in small container compartments, and my stack of pancakes was covered with aluminum foil. After receiving our food we asked if we could get butter and syrup for the meals and she told us “Give me a moment.” and walked off with her hand on her head and didn’t return.
    Another server who was polite returned to bring our syrup and butter. He thanked us for coming and told us to have a nice day and we did the same and left to go home. On our way home is when I began sorting the food to notice how chaotic and messed over it was.
    I have dined in/order take-out several times especially to celebrate my birthday at IHOP on Little Mack for years and I never experienced poor service before until Ms. Elizabeth had served us.
    I may just find a different IHOP to visit or another restaurant completely. I don’t know what her problem is.

    I enjoy coming to ihop…but the last few times I have came everything was horrible. It took 10 min for them to even seat us. Also after they finally seat us it takes for every to get service. While we waited we counted 6 groups of people to walk out because of no service. When they finally took our order it took another 45 min to get or food. When I asked for extra salsa they told me they didn’t have it but 5min later come out of no where with it. The service was terrible and I enjoy eating at ihop they need help at night bad or new management. ASAP!!!!!!

    Employees have that demeanor that I don’t want to be here so it makes me think the service is going to be terrible. But my wife and I always speak to the hostess and server with respect and try to make them feel appreciated and that they are important. Servant leadership will go along ways only if a person knows how to serve people. Think about it who likes a grippy customer? So why would a gripping customer make your day better? Heres why! Talk to that grippy customer with respect and smile, let them know that you are here to help solve any issues they might have with IHOP. Most importantly if it’s not IHOP then that’s great, but give them a free cup of coffee, ice tea or soda and you probably will change thier outlook for the rest of that day and that my friend will get you respected. Thank you.

    Me and my friend went ihop for breaksfast. In jacksonville fl. It was the the best time the food was good and the sever ashely was great the cook was great to. I had a bad time a ihop in waco tx. But i though would give i hop one more chance os i did and i like this spot in Jacksonville Fl. Thank to ashely and the cook had a great time. Here were i was at 8400 Baymeadows dr Jacksonville Fl. Thank u inbe back to see u again soon

    We received an email w a coupon for a free pancake thing for my father’s b-day. We went to IHOP located in fort worth zip code 76112. The manager there uses to always let me email it to him and he would take it. This manager went off saying that’s not how it works OK that’s understandable so I told him can I print it and bring it he said no. Corporate has to email it to him? How is that possible? That has never happen? He was so rude I couldn’t understand him and he was getting aggravated and starting to raise his voice to the point other customers were staring. Then he had the nerve to say I could print it and use it at other places how does he know I haven’t used it? First of all it has THE DAMN ADDRESS on the paper! Second IDK how your system works? Why ask for a paper copy if their is no way in tracking it? Third we decided to leave and not eat Bc of his attitude and as we are leaving he smirks and says bye like he was taunting us. Excuse me but this is a GIFT from corporate not a damn scam! Please email me back w feedback. Thank u

    When taking our grandchildren out for breakfast at the Simpsonville SC I hop we were waited on by the manager Andre because he was understaffed. What a professional with a great personality. I even commented to him “I don’t know what they are paying you but it’s not enough “. The meal was great and was topped off with excellent service. Just wanted to commend Andre for a job well done.
