About USPS
The United States Postal Service (USPS), also known as the Post Office and U.S. Mail, is an independent agency of the United States government in charge of providing postal service in the United States. The USPS has exclusive access to letter boxes marked “U.S. Mail” and personal letterboxes in the United States, but still competes against private package delivery services, such as UPS and FedEx.

I send an envelope Priority Mail on jan.18 2017. to Romania. Did not arrive as today.
I vent to the postal office to see watt’s going on, an office worker took my data and
promise to call me back. Never did. Do the postal service have some obligation to solve the problem? I speeded $42.35 , I think they should give me some answer.

  2. says:

We live in Cleveland, Ohio and frequent the E.185th street postal station. We have always been treated with courtesy and received excellent service. Pur only complaint is the ever rising cost of sending packages. Our street postal persons have been excellent as well. Thanks, Phil

  3. says:

They need someone to come to the Roscoe Pa 15477 post office to check and evaluate the incapable postal workers they hired. This was the last straw to many mistakes made by them, and it’s just out of hand. I send one Christmas card to my next door neighbor on Dec. 22, 2016. It came back today in box Jan. 2,2017. I told the postal worker the street she lived on, she then presided to tell me her box number 305, a number I won’t forget, and put it right in her box. like I SAID I received it today marked no mail receptacle. I live in a very small town where everybody knows everyone. They talk to this person everyday. So right now I’m going to go next door and hand her a Christmas card that I mailed 12 days ago. I have many more uncalled for incidents that should of never happed, coming from so called government workers. My neighbors have also complained me about ever since these new postal workers came to our town. Something absolutely needs to be done. I was born and raised here, I’m 60 years old and I never.

  4. says:

Dealing with USPS voicemail is like being trapped in hell. There is no ability to speak to an actual human being so if your issues doesn’t fit into one of their predefined areas – TOUGH LUCK. When did they take the service out of customer service and to think I paid to be treated like this!!!

  5. says:

Post Office in Langley, WA, USA. Fine service. Polite people. Often go the extra mile. But is a very small town so lotsa people know lotsa people.
