    Went 5/4/17 with a friend rolls cold drinks wrong ,never got cole slaw with fried catfish dinner, cold & greasy ff.total bill $50.72 my friend also had to ask for missing items .we did take out club sandwich ff also greasy under cooked, Had issues before not coming back! Thanks anyway!

    This is a follow-up to a previous entry…..
    The General Manager (Mr. Alan Graczyk) for the Lynchburg O’Charleys location contacted me regarding a previous unpleasant visit, due to the on-site manager at that time. Mr Graczyk listed to my viewpoint and opinions regarding the visit, we discussed several topics regarding the overall experience, and we both came away from the discussion with a mutual respect for each other. The fact that the GM took the time to call, and simply listened and respected my point of view was very heart warming. All to often, people may care but fail to take any physical action to do anything about a situation. Mr Graczyk personal efforts went above and beyond what would have been “enough” in my opinion. Mr Graczyk has restored my faith in O’Charleys, and we look forward to returning to this location.

    Went to 41101 O’Charley 2/22/17. Left without eating. Hadn’t been for awhile. The 1 thing that has always us coming back was gone. Ordered to go all time before husband never home. Crispy twisty chips. Please bring back. Until they’re back we won’t be back. My 82y/o mother likes free pie Wednesday

    My family and I went to O’Charley’s in Simpsonville, SC on February the 20th about 6pm. We sat down and ordered our food and it took at least 35 to 40 minutes just to get bread. Not only did it take that long but a couple came in 30 minutes after Us and order food got their meal and we still had not gotten our food yet. So we questioned the waitress and ask to speak to the manager when the manager came out we explained the situation to her.She was argumentative and had the worst attitude ever. We asked for our food to go being that we had a previous engagement as we had explained to the waitress after patiently waiting for 35-40 minutes for our meal. The manager showed the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. We never gave her any reason to treat us so disrespectfully. When she came to our table, her expression as well as her behavior made it very clear that she wasn’t concerned with the poor customer service we just received and wasn’t going to even to attempt to rectify it. We had to even wait for our receipt which she never came back with. So we left hungry and very disappointed. The manager, MK, could sure benefit from taking some customer service courses.I tried to rate this experience a zero but the lowest was a one!!!

    I wanted to put in a good word for Pat. Our bartender, server at O’CHARLEYS. She has served us for the past several visits. She makes the experience very enjoyable!!

    HAVE TRIED TO COMPLETE THE SERVER OF THE YEAR TEAM MEMBER BUT HAVE YET TO GET IT TO SHOW ANY QUESTIONS
    WE HAVE HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE WITH ROBYN B AT STORE 291 FOR YEARS AND IS THE REASON WE CONTINUE TO GO TO O CHARLIES
