    Also there is no 12 digit number on the recipe

    At store # 830 on Sunday March 19th at 11:00 order # 2769341 waited in drive thru for 30 + minutes for 6 cheese only ketchup 2 bacon and 2 chicken got no cheese on the six and didn’t get the 2 chicken at all. I have never had such a slow and bad experience at a Krystal before, I will not visit this store again.

    Got a sack of 24 krystals after shopping needless to say they were not fresh and hot

    The print on my receipt is of such poor quality that it is impossible to even read the survey code. Very disappointed !!!!!!!!

    The store at 975 W. Polar Avenue Collierville, Tennessee is the store in reference.

    I go to this location on a regular basis, and I find the food to be inconsistent, the windows are the drive thru are nasty and on occasions the individual working the drive thru is not neat and orderly in their dress. This morning I witnessed a gentleman taking out the trash and when he came back into the restaurant did not wash his hands. Today will no doubt be the last time I go to this location.

    Went to Store No:254 Columbus Georgia this morning early and place was almost empty but still had to wait a good bit before the manager took my order. Oh yea she had her kid at work with her. Then I waited a good bit before I got my order and I watched the manager talking on her cell phone the whole time I waited. All the workers were laid-back and in no hurry. Longest I had to wait since I started coming to this store back in 1981. No 12 digit code on the bottom of my receipt for a survey. Another disappointment. What drives me crazy is these folks feel they deserve $15 per hour. If they do then I deserve $100 per hour.

    I visited Krystal on Western Ave. in Knox. Tenn. on Oct.9 2016 at the drive thru.There was a special on Krystals on this day for .50. I ordered 20 whitch was $10.00 plus tax of .93. They tried to charge me 13.09.When I complained that this was to much, I was told this is what the cash register says so this is what you pay.When I told them again their amount was wrong The shift Mngr. Gave me my money back and said have a nice day that they were not going to serve me. Finally they rerang it at the right price. No appology.I ve been a Krystal customer since I was 12. Now 67.Never Had an experience like that.
