About Chili’s

    My last experience any chili’s was a I’m not coming back one!i sat at the bar kept waiting for service my entire visit .the bartender seemed very tempormental but has a special relationship between him a another male on the same shift but working food running of some sort.bartender was bald head with beard.food runner whatever was a shorter male with black to brown hair.they continued to make sexual remarks through my visit.the drinks were all sugar liquor.seemed as if the customers do not matter anymore.this location in is chili’s 255 vista village drive.vista California.I used to go there all the time for good drink good food and good service!this location unfortunately has gone done hill.your loss of customers hurt your business …..sorry i won’t be returning you should look at your staff and how you run your establishment a little closer.bye!!

    The Chili’s at YEG is great: each time I go the food is fresh, tasty and surprisingly quick in coming. Same is true for the beverages. The staff are quick and attentive. They’re in an airport and understand the quiet anxiety every passenger carries: “Can I eat, drink, enjoy, and pay, all before my gate closes?” The staff at Chili’s get it: and for that they have my gratitude and my loyalty.

    I went to chili`s Mohandseen,Egypt. Good service, great food, dropped a comment abut the ice cream in the molten cake. all in all great food, we loved it.

    I went to the Chili’s in olivebranch Mississippi 601 today the managers Ramae, Brenda and waitress Tayler was awesome! Best Chili’s I have ever gone to with 5 stars customer service.

    i went to chillis ponce pr order to go i live 2 minutes from restaurant order ribs when i got hot food was real cold and the ribs was only bones i throw awya

    Went to chilis at pantai indah kapuk ( jakarta) on 4th march 2017 to celebrate my birthday with my family. It was a good experience. The server were very friendly and prompt.

    Me with my family members went to Chilli South City Mall on 7th March17. The staffs are very cooperative starting from menu selection, suggesting quantity for our 6 members, nicely served, Very polite and well courteous staffs. Food was very tasty and wealso availed and enjoyed the TUESDAY FREE SCHEME. Over all it is a very good experience.

    I had a terrible experience at your South City Mall (Kolkata / India) outlet at lunch. It was a total rubbish advertisement that you have circulated on buy one get one free. You have a special set of menu where this is applicable. Service staff is just not accepted as they never gave me what I was entitled with. I had to ask or clarify each time as what is that I am supposed to get. The special discount menu is not being served at all. It was given to me on requesting the steward. Service staffs are not interested in informing you on the food and they seems to be a bit less bothered. I think that they must be getting a higher commission on selling high amount of food and on the bill. Very very bad and disappointing. I have mentioned this to the duty manager but I don’t think that this should continue. You better take care before it’s too late.

    Me and my family came to the Hinesville Chili’s on 3/06/2017, my family and I were very disappointed in the service and the food. My daughter and I both ordered the Ribeye steak dinners, the steaks were so tuff you could hardly chew the meat, my son ordered a Sunrise Burger and it was so greasy that the bun was totally soaked in grease that he couldn’t eat it, and not once did the waitress ask us if anything was wrong with the food, because we weren’t eating it…nor did she ask us if we wanted desert, she just gave us our bill…when we asked about the WiFi pass code twice she gave us the wrong code. The loaded mash potatoes were cold as well, if they were hot then the cheese would have at least melted some, but it wasn’t. Our waitress Rachel did not interact with us at all, but we overheard her talking with the customers sitting behide us and she interacted with them. I spend $65.09 for food I nor my son could eat.. I went to Chili’s once before and was very disappointed but we decided to give them another chance…wrong. I will make sure to tell my friends about our experience with Chili’s. We also wanted the Southwestern Egg rolls but the waitress informed us they were out? The Chili’s in Hinesville GA is not my choice to eat at again. I feel Rachel needs a class in customer service, I have worked in restaurants for many years and am a manager at a restaurant presently, and her customer service needs some work!!
