    I wanted to complement a Geek Squad Technical Associate! Went to the Conroe, Texas Best Buy/Geek Squad location. 00865-293590197 Service Ticket. Michael was absolutely so much help. Was having a really bad day (2 hostile phone calls) while Michael was assisting me with the computer. He was so helpful and considerate. He also said he wanted me to leave with a smile. I went from mad to glad during my visit and did leave with a positive attitude/smile. He went above and beyond to help me out. Michael really did a fabulous job. His professionalism and positive attitude was very much appreciated and he really does deserve an “atta-boy” for my visit. He was knowledgeable, considerate and it made for a fun visit. Best Geek Squad visit ever! Met his supervisor Rudy to tell him what a great job Michael did and Rudy was awesome as well. The new “air” within the Squad area was very “customer service oriented with a personal flare.” Big change from previous visits. Give Rudy an “atta-boy” as well. Very impressed and very pleased with the service from beginning to end. They are both “keepers”. It has renewed my opinion of “not-so-great transactions in the past” to “way to go and thanks so much”. Please reward Michael on a job well done! I felt like I mattered as a customer and as a person.
