    I dislike this store! Every time I go in there is a mess in the isles, the young man working today was not that friendly or helpful, and he was the only one working and told me that he can’t do it all alone! He had the phone ringing, trying to stock a shelf and then I wanted help and he had no time for me! Then I get the product I want and on the shelf it says $3.50 and it rings up $6.00 and when I showed it to him he said SOMEONE PUT IT IN THE WRONG PLACE! He did show me the right area for the product but I think to run a store and not have things in the right area is NOT my fault. It is the stores fault and they should either hire more or shut the damn store down! DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR YOUR MISTAKEs!

    The store located at 1987 n. Olden ave ewing twp nj. They have been out of bag for at least a week. Customers should not have to carry purchases out in trazh can liner bag and be forced to buy the red store bags.we deserve better.

    Eubank/Constitution Family Dollar….I am a regular shopper who is always treated well by your helpful and kind Employees. They are always happy to carry heavy or bulky items to my car for me and I never have to wait for help. Am lucky to have this Store in my neighborhood​.

    The new Family Dollar on Owen Drive here in Fayetteville NC is very friendly and loaded with interesting products. I always find a good buy.

    Y’all be so worried about the employees stealing that the customers walking in and taking y’all shit shit in y’all face. What do y’all do ??     I just got very angry because a greenacres family dollar store didn’t allow my 9 month pregnant wife to use their bathroom. I think that’s very shameful. I will never shop there again.

    I just went to the store on Gordon hwy in Augusta, Ga 2 young girls were working. One went outside on her phone and the other one inside she said she would take me on her register but she had an attitude which she always have one when I go and I refuse to deal with her so the other girl aimed and says she’ll take me but still was on the phone told that person to hold on and put her phone on the register she rung up my stuff and I swiped my card she looked away to do something and didn’t give me my receipt I guess she wanted me to take it off Myself so I walked out without it. If these are the kind of people your going to hire unprofessional people I will shop elsewhere dollar general or just get all my stuff from Walmart cause this shit is ridiculous The way they act their…the manager at this location wasn’t in her name is Janiece

    I purchase a air fresher at store 10109 and just went 2 blocks to the nursing home and realized that it was broken. Went to return it and they would return it. I don’t think that it is fair. I’ve also notice employees giving away free items to their friends. One employee told her friend that I was watching her. As many times that I shop at family dollar I’ve never had any problems except that the lines are too long and managers will not come and help. I’ve seen many people walk out because of it saying it doesn’t make sense. Could someone please look into your return policy and also giving the lines too long and giving away freebies to their friends.

    store often is out of advertised specials ( around the corner from Wegmans on George Urban), some employees are friendly, others not so much, poor return policy (example – Christmas gift bought on Black Friday is non-returnable because it’s over 30 days).specials are often hard to locate

    I shop this store every Sunday morning after breakfast and usually find everything I am looking for. Prices on cleaning products and pet food are very reasonable.

    this is the worst Family Dollars that I have ever been to when is time to check out manager told me she was close call the next person in line witch was second in front of me I asked her one more time was she closed are open she said closed and look at me and smiled it seems like every time I go in there she gives me some issue my husband stop going he seen things for him self employees complain from foodlion next door it seems the head manager knows but haven’t done anything about it I will never spend another dollar there as long as Cheyenne is managing there

    we have two family dollar stores in my town and the one i was at today is the one i prefer, it is clean and the employees are very helpful, i am in a wheelchair and i can get around that store great ,but the other in not, it has junk in the isles, the shelves are a mess clothes on the floor, theres no way i can shop there being in a wheelchair, and they don’t care.the good family dollar is store number #00685 1248 richmond rd #6

    I AM WONDERING WHY YOU HAVE TAKEN THE FAMILY GOURMET ALL PURPOSE SALT-FREE SEASONING OFF THE SHELF AND REPLACED IT WITH ANOTHER BRAND. I REALLY LIKED IT AND I DON’T CARE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE NOW.

    Well I stopped in this past Sunday with my 4yr old there were 2 girls working very hard.. on top of that they were very helpful with everything very polite and smiling that made my visit very pleasurable more stores should have these 2 woman in there store…

    I was looking to make a quick stop for bread crumbs. I saw there wasn’t any stocked on the shelf. I asked the female employee, who I saw stocking shelves, if what was on the shelves what was in stock or did they have items in their stock. She said they had a whole stockroom filled, not politely either. Then followed with what do you need. I asked her about the bread crumbs and she said if there wasn’t any on the shelf then she would have to go in thr back to look for them and the possibility of that happening right now was very slim. So I said thank you and walked out. This made me pretty angry though, because I worked in retail and it was told to me that if the item was in stock and a customer asks for that item, then the customer gets that item. The customer service was low, and unnecessary.
