    The waitress (Alaina) was terrible. Brought our drinks of unsweet tea which they had no lemons for, tasted like swamp water. When our food FINALLY came almost 45 minutes after ordering a burger n a skillet, we could tell her the tea tasted horrible. She said sorry and walked away. Never seen her again until we were at the check out.I asked for my receipt so I could do this survey. She said as long as you say only good things about your server. I said taking my receipt from her if I had anything good to say that would be an easy task. However she made that impossible since she was not good at her job. We couldn’t drink the tea at all and neither of us drink pop, however we would have ordered juice or a milkshake, even a glass of water but never had the opportunity. Reading other comments I’m glad none if these had the same experience we did and hopefully we don’t again either.

    El dia de ayer 14/mayo/17 fuimos a Denny de Mayaguez… Estaba deseosa de comer una pasta junto a mi familia…. Ya q estoy en un regime de alimentación q el unico dia q me puedo dar un gusto son los domingo!!! Fuimos no se si por el dia o no se prepararon para la demanda de ese dia la pasta parecia sopa no se quien autorizo a salir esa pasta de la cocina, no soy de devolver la comida porque suelen pasar peores cosas. Defraudada total todavia hoy estoy igual… La chica q me atendió no tiene en absoluto la culpa. La supervisora paso en esos momento por la mesa luego de comerla y le deje saber de lo sucedido y ella opto por ofrecernos un 10% descuento.
    Espero volver algun dia otra vez y q todo este excelente… Importante la calidad del alimento. Gracias

    Ow my God. You built a Denny’s several years ago at the Flying J in North East MD, and I have been trying for years to get dissent food with no success. Tonight was just another one for the on going saga. I ordered a “Grand Slam Belgian Waffle”, we waited and waited it was well over 25 minutes when I gave up and we walked out. When I ask the manager what was the problem, she claimed they burned the waffle. I hate cooking, but I can make a waffle without burning it. IT TAKES NO SKILL. If they did burn my waffle I guess my friends food had to just sit and get cold while they messed with another waffle. So you think that is acceptable? Not to mention we were told nothing till I questioned the manager and walked out. I hope you get some better help, and or sell this location to a company who can do the job and stop embarrassing the Denny’s name. Anyone can make a waffle.
    Yes I am angry, I wanted to eat, but you couldn’t process a simple order.

    i went to Dennys on 2297 2nd street on May 3rd. I was so impressed. We have a Denny’s in the town next to this one and I do not go as it is not that nice. I entered the store and was greeted by Vaughn, who sounded so professional and was so personable , it made me feel like I was in a higher end establishment. The place was clean, service great and I can’t wait to go back.

    I was at Dennis #8057 in west 22nd St Oakbrook Terrace. our server was Jose F
    he was incredibly nice and gave us the best service we had ever had at this location he definitely made my day. I wish everyone else at this location was as nice and helpful because I seen the girl on the front cashier acting so unprofessional with José, I think she was a manager witch makes it worse since she acted like that in front of me when I was paying. Is people like that girl that make us customers not return to that place again. No one wants to see a person in charge take advantage of her employees. My Rating was 5 stars for the server I got Only.

    I was at dennys Saturday afternoon with my family when we arrived we were greeted and seated by Tanja she was very attentive always made sure we had what we needed I have never been to any dennys that made me feel like I was in a 5 star restaurant amazing service and we will be back hope we get Tanja again best server we have ever had

    On Easter Sunday, we visited your restaurant located at 9340 Marketplace Rd, in Fort Myers Florida (33912). After being seated, our waitress took our drink order, and served our drinks, then took our order. We ordered two meals and a third meal to go. Another server brought our meals. My coffee cup was empty, and sitting on the edge of the table. No one offered a refill throughout the entire meal, no one came to our table until our meal was completed. Upon complaining about the lack of service, my coffee was refilled, no creamer was offered and there was two packets of sugar left on the table. My husband’s sweet tea was refilled with unsweetened tea. We had to ask about our to go meal, and our bill was wrong. Instead of charging for a classic burger, we were charged for a build your burger. The manager was kind, polite, apologetic and took $10 off our bill. Considering we traveled a half hour to visit your restaurant, the lack of professional service was disappointing. Having patronized your company since the late 60’s, this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Not sure if or when we will return.

    On 4/15/17 I went to Denny’s on bee ridge in Sarasota fl for breakfast I had the grand slam slugger.when I got it my eggs was not cooked and my pancakes also my toast was cold and I even order a side of grits’s and they was not good I almost vomit so I left with out eating that morning and a very and I mean very upset I would not go back and believe me I will tell my friends about it. One good thing the lady that took the order was very nice she try to do all she could . And that rating is to high for me I would give it a 0 . Oh yea the bathroom was very nasty as well

    My sister and I came in there what time will waiting on someone at the hospital our waitresses name was José Fina this was the nicest most courteous waitress I think I’ve ever had to serve me if I could give her 50 stars I would very pleasant young lady

    Terrible service! Cold food! Wrong orders! Missing sides! Terrible Management! Poor Follow up at reg. by Jesus Manager In Training!? Someone should speak to him about his nervous chuckle while handling guest issues. He did absolutely nothing but infuriate an already irritating situation! Nothing was done for my complaint other than to “Hope we return” NEVER to this location again!

    On March 3 2017 at 1:44pm Myself and two others had stopped for lunch at Denny’s in Kerrville,Texas. Our server was named Mandy R It was her first day on the floor…Let me tell you,I hope Mandy R is there for a very long time. Mandy was prompt with our coffee,brought extra creamer and sugar packs and extra napkins.We were very pleased with her and the way she handled our orders.Mandy R has a great personality and we had a great experience with Mandy R…I had order the Nachos and the manager was the one who had made them.The nachos were so pretty and the taste was superb.I was very please when Denny’s manager had said the chili meat was gluten free.The staff at Denny’s Kerrville Texas was the best I’ve seen in a very long time!!! Now for the survey for free pancakes…I can not access the survey no matter where I go…There are way too many surveys to go through the one you want. Please tend to this matter…Thank You. Denise S

    Hi, I’m a long time Perks Member and over the past several time I have been somewhat dissatisfied. We love your new Pancakes, in fact we usually bring some home for future use. We have been fortunate enough to get a free order, this has happened twice, the free order is justly slightly over half the size of what we had and ate during Breakfast at the Store. I am quite unhappy with Dennys, I know they;re free, but if you say you’re giving me something, I expect to get what you say.

    My wife ordered the fish and chips. the Fish was served in a bowl of brown grease, and the fish was burnt. The fries were served in a bowl as well. NO PLATTER> No sides of Tarter sause!

    I ordered a simple BLT sandwich. To which I was later told they don’t sell. They might as well NOT sell it cause the sandwich was tiny with the ends of the bread used, the tomato {that’s one !@!} was sliced tiny as well!! the Bacon was overly greasy, the French fries were LIMP!!! The Ice Tea had 3 ice cubes in it. and yes I counted!! this is the Dennys on 22671 Eastex freeway. I paid 22.48 for a meal I didn’t eat. I was robbed. That’s Twenty two dollars and fourty eight cent!!! I spoke with the manager and she was “oh well sorry” “the fish comes precooked” this food was garbage, looking back I should NOT HAVE PAID FOR IT> Do yourself and the eating public, fire the entire staff! Dennys owes me Twenty two dollars and fourty eight cent!!!

    Very disappointed in the cleanness of this restaurant at Denny’s in Mira Mesa Blvd! Almost everyday the tables and booths are very dirty, every morning! This is the case with a bus boy or no bus boy!! Talked so many times to the former manager named Ken! All he did was try to explain the mentally of the employees!! It is very frustrating to support a restaurant by having to clean your own booth and table every day while the waitresses gossip amongst them selves! Today was the worst! Volunteered to clean tables and booths and even pick a toothpick from the floor! Time to order food had to chase down the waitress and it took my order over 20 mins to get my food and receipt! Since I did not see my waitress in over two hours; I dared asked for a glass of ice with out asking for water which have been common since! She Holly brings me back the water with attitude n like I am not a paying customer! She mentioned she had a big table waiting on her!!! Are you kidding me!! I cleaned four small tables and three big tables and she is complaining about giving me a glass of water??? Complaining to management does little good because the waitress will only continue to gossip amongst each other not look to improve but will blame the customer!! Wow!! I tried not coming back to this Denny’s for two weeks because of frustration of having to clean tables and booths!! But nothing changes!! So you are supposed to clean your own table and booth if you care about cleanness, order food, pay for your food offer tip. Is this a little too much to support a business? No one takes pride in their job!! Jessica who works on Monday and Tuesday always follows up on her customers! But what happened today which is Saturday morning will not ever happen again!! The anger I had from Holly”s attitude has subsided!! She has no need to remind me that she had other customers that she thought was a priority over a regular customer for over 20 years! I do come into this place of business yelling or cursing! All I want is proper service.. not have to come in and clean the tables and booths!! How can you work and serve customers in a dirty booth and table? Ok! Waitress can be busy if the restaurant is full that is understandable! But if the restaurant is empty! Why leave the responsibility to the customer to clean up after a previous customer? Sure they will say so sorry but in the end it is back to the same routine!! Also what are so many employees related to each other? This creates more problems! When you have issues with one employee then you will have issues with the other employees!! Why???

    My Daughter and I stooped in again at Bishop, Ca. #6064. For the second time we were very disappointed in overall cleanliness of Denny’s ladies restroom. There were towels overflowing the trash can, no seat covers or toilet paper in stall, (thank god there was someone in stall next to me, she handed me tissue under stall wall.)I really suggest that a supervisor needs to do a walk through to understand were are complaint stems from. The soap dispenser is so filthy we didn’t even use it. Like I stated earlier this was are second visit in the last couple months and was just as bad!
    We also had to go up to counter to get our bill after waiting for some time. They were not that busy that our waitress could not have done her job (server- Patricia W) was a very disappointing experience. I doubt if we will stop there in the future.

    I tried to complete the survey as it says at the bottom of my receipt. it said to give them the 4 digit survey code. the one on my receipt is many more numbers that so I could not take the survey.
    also I thought when I put in the words where I am to go for the survey, there were so many surveys. I was lost. I have no idea what I was to do. found a survey but it didnt’ like the survey code.
    I wanted to say that we had an excellent waitress. KeKe was her name. black young lady who did not write down our five orders and the food was what we ordered. She was a good waitress. she works at the Denny’s at 3204 US highway 98 in Lakeland.

    I think your survey is a big farce as you cannot put in the whole survey number. I was very disappointed in our meal that we had on Christmas Day. The food left a lot to be desired. The waffle was so dry you had to drown it in syrup so you could eat it. Will never go back to Denny’s for a meal. The personnel was so busy taking selfies of them self and not paying attention to the customer.

    Online survey asks for a survey code; there are two choices: either a 4-digit one or one with unspecified number of digits. Well, my code is a series of five 3-digit numbers, ending with one digit at the end. Guess what – did not fit. Hello and good bye, survey.
