    I was with my son at store 1538. We arrived at 9:00pm Friday night. I was help by one of your employee Raul, he gave us the worse customer service, We order the 12 piece legs and thighs, he told us it would be 15 to 20 minutes in which it turn out to 45 minute wait. We also order 2 corns which he forgot to give to us. I had to knock on the door because they locked the door? When We got home Raul gave us the wrong order 9 legs and 3 thighs this really upset me. I asked Raul before we left the name of his store manager and he said it was Luis. I will never go and buy anything from churches again bad company, bad employees and bad customer service. P.S. Raul help other customers that came after me and I did knowledge that him, Raul didn’t care.nor either of the employees that were closing tonight.

    Went to store 106 this morning and ordered 2 tender toast and a chicken biscuit.. I was told that just because I didn’t want eggs on them, I had to be charged for everything separately on the toasts..They usually just leave the eggs off and charge the same price.. I was charged $11.03 for something that’s usually just over $8 all because I didn’t want eggs. I felt like I was being ripped off and on top of that, the food wasn’t even hot.. I expected better.

    We went to churches restaurant #793 they ran out of biscuits and did not tell us they were out until we got our order,we waited 10 minutes and your employee got upset because I told him to put my food under the warmer. I believe that a restaurant that has that as a features on the menu should have them available without having to wait poor management!!!

    I’m visiting a location at 11334 Hughes Rd. in Houston Texas where the managers name is Norma. The gentleman who helped me is a young black man and apparently he runs up something with a credit card that she couldn’t figure out why he did what he did. Instead of her waiting until I was out of the window to ask him about it she was speaking to him in a very degrading manner questioning him to the point where he started shaking trying to count my change. She needs to enhance her management skills Chris is the cashier that she was reprimanding in front of me while I was in the drive-thru making him nervous was not going to get an answer any sooner. She needs to realize the great power comes with great responsibility. She needs to be an advocate for him and show him the right way instead of embarrassing him in front of customers

    Now I just went into church’s to purchase the $5 big deal you pick ….. But the guy limited my selection of chicken to leg and thigh but it say you pick…now it want let me take the survey

    I’m trying to do the Church’s Chicken Listens survey it keeps saying survey has expired. That’s not possible. This receipt is fairly new so there is no way. It’s like the system has a new something going on but there are apparently some bugs. There must be some type of a defect for it to tell me that it has expired.

    I’m trying to do the Church’s Chicken Listens survey it keeps saying survey has expired no ot hasn’t because it hasn’t been a week since I got my receipt. That’s why I gave a 1 star rating because of the poor service and now the survey telling lies it has expired. I was trying to give Church’s my business because we need it in our neighborhood but with business like this it’ll be a thing of the past.

    Store #182 manager and staff seems to treat African Americans with little respect and always rude. Never smile or welcoming environment. They talk in “their” language in front of customers during the dispute of an order requested as if the customer is the topic and being talked about rite in the customers presence. NEED BETTER PEOPLE SKILLS/TRAINING

    I recently visited store 351 Shreveport and have been a repeat customer over the years. I purchased a leg and biscuit my total was $2.18 but my debit card was charged $21.19. I came at the Manager request Latonya and did she have a rude attitude. I will never return to that location again. It was their error not mine! Very disappointed….

    the chicken was so greasy I couldn’t eat it so I call the churchs I went into on campbleton rd. and asked for a corporate number a young lady name KETA said 1800 churchs chicken and laugh till.i tried to call back they picked up the phone for amusement then hung up I will never, and tell anyone and everyone to eat at this churchs again if so ask if KETA still works there and if she do leave !!!!!!!!!!!!

    I made a 25 min drive from another part of town to purchase from this particular store. I purchased 2 pcs of cod with hush puppies . the fish tasted great but the hush puppies were hard as a rock and stale. They had to be 6 hours old. I was very disappointed. The person that took my order was a
    Alma and i visited srore #931 in the Village in Oklahoma.at 10p.m.

    Just want you to know of a issue that I had with your chicken house here in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on South Elm St. on 02/26/2017 on a Sunday evening. Tried to go thru the drive thru @ approx. 8:00 P.M. My family & I had just got back from a long road trip from Branson Mo. We live only 3 blocks from your chicken house & we were all hungry for one your large chicken meals.I placed my order & the girl responded back that all they had was spicy chicken & cold slaw. Your center did not close until 9:00 P.M. She did not even offer me an option to wait for them to cook up my order because I would have waited for it. I responded back ” Why does that not surprise me ” when she said what she had. She responded back ” Well that does not surprise me either in a very rude voice tone. I drove off & went to your biggest competition K.F.C. on E. 71st. & spent my $ 40.00 there. I’ve been in retail operation business for over 45 years & NO ONE has ever treated me or talked to me that way before ! ! ! ! ! If one of my employee’s had ever treated a customer that way, I WOULD HAVE FIRED THEM ON THE SPOT ! ! ! I’m 62 years old & been around for longer than your employee has been alive. If your company does customer’s this way, you need to clean house AGAIN or shut the doors. I will wait for your reply if you have one ? ? ? ?

    I like church’s chicken a lost but your survey sucks. It states that I have 30 days from the date on receipt to complete this survey but when I tried to enter the receipt it said it had expired. My receipts says 021617 and today is 030217. I am very disappointed that I cannot enter the survey or enter the contest. False advertisement is considered fraud.
