Purchased items twice from Church’s. First time items ordered were missing. Called main office and person on the phone said they would get back to me. Purchased items from menu yesterday, order was repeated back and was correct. Got home with order and it was wrong. Both times did not receive what we paid for. Order #549577 601 Terry Parkway, Terrytown, LA. Please, please bring back the Algiers Church’s store. Have to drive too far and more than once orders are not right. If I have to keep paying these prices and wrong orders, I’m going to Popeye’s. It’s closer.

    Sir:

Why did the company close Church’s Chicken at 5036- Ford Parkway Bessemer, Alabama was the best one to buy fried chicken. I’m not going to the other chicken places as much as my family went to this one. We always bought Church’s chicken at this restaurant and we miss this fried chicken place. The people that work there were very friendly.

  26. says:

I HAVE A QUESTION ? How come if you purchase a $ 4 box and you can’t eat Cole Slaw. How come you can’t exchange for another item. Is it that serious that you don’t allow manager to do that.

    Thank You.
