    I did a return a store #168 and “Mervat” helped me ref. Return #14207812. At the time the computer was down and returns could not be processed. I also could not find my receipt, and was leaving town the next day for three months. She was so patient and worked many scenarios until she was able to process the return. I was surprised by her persistence. She went the extra mile and I was very amazed and appreciative. Thank you for employing such wonderful employee.

    I SHOPPED AT THE RACK IN THE MALL OF AMERICA ON 6/15/2017. THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS NAMED ANNETTE F. SHE IS AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE, SHE EXEMPLIFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. KEEP HER! REWARD HER IN SOME MANNER!

    I visit your store on 5/30/17 to buy a watch for my fiancé birthday.. I walked in and noticed that the watches have been moved so I asked the gentleman for assistance. He was beyond helpful
    very knowledgeable of the Percy’s that Nordstrom rack has to offer. I have the debit card, but Leo advised if I would be interested in the platinum Visa card.? You get a $40 gift card if approved.. so I went for it! I love to shop at Nordstrom all the time. But this experience was over the top excellent!!! Great team player, great customer service, most of friendly. He gets 5 stars from me! :)

    I was given a gift from a friend who told me the purchase was from the Nordstrom Rack. Although it was a very nice purse, it didn’t meet my needs. I was helped initially at the East Bay Bridge store by Porchae, who was delightful. She couldn’t help me with the return as she was unable to find any proof of purchase, but encouraged me to speak to Peter, the manager. Peter couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. He gave me a store credit, which I thought was more than fair. I’ll certainly be back, and will probably end up spending more than the $42 credit. Thank you to both Porchae and Peter for helping me out, when “Policy” probably dicatates a different solution. It’s so nice to meet and deal with people who are able to see the bigger picture and really take care of customers. Nordstrom deserves its reputation for excellent customer service. Peter and Porchae certainly represent them well. Thank you!

    The gentleman that checked us out was excellent!! Made sure we got every savings on the items purchased. Let us know one item was 25% off even though the red tag had been removed. Because of David and his wonderful service I will look forward to shopping at the Durham location again!!

    i really love shoping at nordstrom rack in durham NC. the workers are very nice.
    there’s this guy named Stephen L. He customer service is second to none, he is the reason
    why i will continue to shop at nordstrom rack. he’s the best. i left my music cd’s at the
    counter when checking out at the counter, i went looking for it the next day, this guy went serching around for my stuff in its case and truely he found it for me. thank you steve.

    Last Friday I was shopping at your store in Eatonrown, NJ. I was wandering aimlessly in the men’s department not having much success finding
    Items I needed. When approached by Donna the entire experienced changed. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about the merchandise and the exact location of it, efficient and her advice regarding proper fit was invaluable. Donna is an asset to your store and selling floor. Because of her I will be returning.

    I had the best experience today. My husband could not come into the store. He is 91. One of your wonderful managers came to the car with me. My husband could try on the shoes. He liked them and purchased them. You have the best people working for you. I was so happy and so was my husband. Manar A. made sure were were taken care of with such understanding and kindness. Thank you. It made my day.

    I liked shopping at Nordstrom rack because easy to return. Specially today I saw a great employee who is Lovetta B. She’s friendly, nice, patienter and very understanding… that’s why I tend to always go to Nordstrom rack to shop.

    Just checked receipt for today’s purchases. Charged twice $49.75 for pair of boots. Overcharged for a pair of flip flops. Tag reads $6.50, Charged $9.10. Charged for $12.97 for a pair of shoes? I don’t even have in my bags. That’s almost $66.00 in over charges not including tax. Now I have to go all the way back to the store and deal with this!

    I have had bad service from your rack & Ontrac service. They could never tell me where a package that I ordered online & received it late. It finally came on Dec 29th. I was told Dec 16, 24, 26, and they never could find it & never told me nothing about it. The Ontrac still can tell me where it is yet, even thou it has been delivered. You should have better tracking system them that. I have 34 years at the post office & 9 years with Target dealing with online orders & they do a much better job at tracking their orders. I will not order anything online until you improve your system Thank you! Craig

    Hi, I love nordstrom and the Rack. Over the past 2.5 weeks Ive visited the Rack 3-4 times, looking for shoes. No matter the time of day I have found the shoe dept to be wrecked.
    Someone has taken one of a pair and placed it elsewhere. Either its in 3 sizes different or its in a box w similarly colored and modeled shoes (making it difficult to notice) or its been dropped between the back-to-back shelving. Obviously, its almost impossible to locate the other shoe.
    I spoke w two associates regarding this matter. They promised to help me search but both said what Id described was an every day occurence, requiring extra manpower to return the shoe dept back to order, before leaving for theï nite.
    This is very peculiar. This mischief appears to have been committed by an adult, bc shoes from the top shelves are moved frequently. Its also a person who is quite familiar w the shoes thruout the entire dept. (bc theyre moving a lot of shoes about in, most likely, a small amount of time…otherwise theyd have been caught by now.)
    Today was no different. As i discovered moved shoes, i dropped them on the floor, as the associates had done. This makes it much easier to match w a mate if located later.
    While foing this I noticed little black devices lying in some of the boxes. After a bit, I realized they were the sensory alarm devices which are attached to more costly items.
    I immediately took one to the cash registers and asked to speak to thr manager. BRYAN was notifieded, and I walked to the back to soeak to him about how the mess made it hard for ne to fine shoes and how the removal of sensors would make it far easier to steal expensive shoes. I was excited and spoke quickly, bc I had other business to address.
    BRYAN asked me repeatedly if I saw who did it. Each time I told him I never claimed to have seen anyone committing this mischief. Then he kept cutting me iff adking why had I come to the store so many times…WHAT?? Then he told me I needed to speak to him in a professional way…EXCUSE ME??

    Youve got nothing short of a gang operation, stealing AT LEAST your shoe dept blind. What else is being robbed at a high frequency?
    Youve got the MOST ARROGANT store manager Ive ever spoken to in my adult life. That man spoke to me as if he were a Muslim man speaking to a female Muslim. I was incensed by his misogynistic attitude.
    Please make certain his boss, Matthew Powell, reads this.
    I never could find the medallia survey, but my receipt numbet is R 0624 4906 8515 122616 4.

She is always very nice ,very patient ,very professional ,and very understanding..that’s why I tend to always go to the Nordstrom in San Leandro…

    On Sunday I was attended by Miss Ginnette D. She is one of the most thoughtful people.
    Disregarding that the store was closing, she behaves friendly and attentive.
    It was a significant number of questions and mistakes that I had to make my payment.
    She kept giving me the same confidence. She made me feel that I was welcome in this store.
